In my 18+ years of experience, I have seen many seemingly successful luxury brands that are lacking in purpose and also yet to be profitable. This is where I step in. As a luxury business owner these are some of the issues I routinely see:

You do not know who your target audience is. All you know is that you want to attract ‘rich people’ ‘with money’ who can afford your products and services but you are having a hard time finding them.

You feel that your target audience does not get what you do. They do not engage with your products and services as well as you want them to. It often hurts to see them choosing your competitors’ often more expensive offers time and time again. This is what I call a connection gap.

You are actually getting leads and interest but not from your target audience.

You’ve found what seems to be the right client, they love your website, products and services and you’ve had a meeting. However, you struggle to get a follow-up.

You are great at connecting with what appears to be the right client. In fact, many potential clients say they’ve really enjoyed meeting with you. But for some reason you can’t seem to convert them, so you veer between being a ‘friend’ and giving them the hard sell.

You are making sales but not repeat sales. Clients seem reluctant to give you any testimonials or referrals but you are absolutely confident that you delivered a great product or service.
