I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr Paul Johnson for Season 2 Episode 1 of the Luxury Business Podcast. He had been on my bucket list of dream guests that I wanted to have on my podcast for a while, so imagine my utter delight when he said yes.
He was even more gracious and fascinating than I had dared to hope. In our conversation, he spoke about his childhood in England, how he got his PhD in Glaciology and how he started the world’s first travel blog. We also spoke about serendipity and how the universe can conspire to give you what you want as long as you are prepared to work hard and take chances.
What was palpable was his love of luxury travel and as he spoke about some of his most incredible places and experiences I was amazed and I must admit that I made a mental note to visit those places too.
